Welcome to Cliffside Care Connections. I am Stacey and I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families in finding the right care and community resources. I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate care options, especially when you want the best for your loved ones. My goal is to simplify this process, empowering you to make informed decisions without the stress of being passed around different services Living and working in the community, I aim to help you build trusted relationships with caregivers, ensuring consistency and control over your care and budget.

I have over 35 years experience working across health and social care , supporting people with a wide range of needs, including older adults, people living with disabilities, brain injury, long term health conditions , and those experiencing significant life changes.
I have also trained as a Life Coach which is aligned with the ILM level 5 and recently completed certification in Grief Coaching , which I feel is a skill that could add value to many lives, particularly those trapped in a grief loop .
My work has involved supporting individuals in their own homes , coordinating independent care arrangements , and working closely with families , carers and professionals. This give me a practical, realistic understanding of how care works - and how it should be more person centred, affordable and manageable.
