Hello, my name is Stacey. I established  Cliffside Care Connections backed by 35 years of professional experience in the health and social care sector. Having worked with local authorities and as a direct payment coordinator , I have expertise in personal budgets, Direct Payments , costings and navigation complex support systems.

My specialist knowledge includes coordinating or personally providing support and care for :

• Complex Care ( Including ABI, spinal injuries, learning disabilities and mental health)

• Safeguarding and compliance under the Mental Capacity Act

• First Aid, Health & Safety, and ACAS Employment Law

• GDPR compliance, a University Degree, a level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma, and professional coaching.

I set up the service to provide and introduce honest, dependable Personal Assistants to individuals and families across our local villages and surrounding towns. As a PA support agency we do not provide personal care but can refer and advice to ensure all your care needs are met.
